The challenge
After becoming part of the Wishpond suite, Winback needed to evolve while maintaining the simple, focused experience that made it valuable to ecommerce teams.
What I owned
I worked on the product as it became part of the Wishpond ecosystem, including UX improvements and expansion into new ecommerce platforms. One of the key initiatives was supporting Ecwid, expanding the product beyond its original Shopify focus.
The result
Helped extend Winback's reach to a broader ecommerce audience while continuing to improve the product experience.
