About
About Me
Customer Success → QA → Engineering → Product
I didn't take the traditional path into Product, and I think that's shaped how I build.
I started in Customer Success, then moved into QA, software engineering, and eventually Product Management. Each role gave me a different perspective: how customers think, where products break, how software gets built, and ultimately, how to bring all of those pieces together.
Today, I'm a Senior Product Manager focused on AI voice agents and B2B SaaS. I lead product for SalesCloser AI, where I've taken an AI voice-agent product from concept through spin-out and now own its strategy, roadmap, UX, and delivery. I'm a co-inventor on 3 granted AI patents and 1 pending.
I'm drawn to products that are still being figured out, especially conversational and agent experiences where the problem isn't perfectly defined, the path isn't obvious, and the best approach is to build, learn, and iterate.
I also like staying close to the work. I design in Figma, speak enough engineering to work closely with developers, and I'm just as comfortable digging into a bug or testing a prototype as I am building a roadmap.
At the end of the day, I like building useful things with good people. I care about simple experiences, strong teams, moving quickly, and being willing to change direction when you learn something new.
Outside of Product
When I'm not working, I'm usually traveling, at the beach, spending time with my dog, or convincing myself I have time to build one of the many ideas I've come up with.
I'm naturally curious and always interested in what's next, whether that's a new technology, a new product, or just a better way to do something.
